Lewis Institute's Holotropic Academy delivers online and classroom training in leadership, business, and self-improvement. The leadership and management courses are taught by instructors who have been leaders in profit and not-for-profit organizations. Unlike many college professors in business schools, who only know the theory of leadership, our instructors have earned their stripes in the trenches, dealing with employee performance issues, profit-and-loss concerns, and all the other issues that real leaders have to deal with. In addition, our online courses are narrated slides, not a bunch of text you read off the screen (which you may as well read from a book). We take practical skills very seriously--if you can't do it when you finish our course, we have either failed to deliver skills training or you didn't do your homework.
